Acceptance of Terms

  • By using CETRAI, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, you may not use the platform.

Service Description

  • What We Provide — CETRAI provides: AI voice agents, AI chat agents, Website widgets, CRM integrations, Phone call automation, Real-time scheduling, Data analytics. Services may evolve over time.

User Responsibilities

  • Your Obligations — You agree to: Provide accurate account information; Use the service legally; Maintain credentials securely; Not misuse the platform (spam, fraud, illegal activity); Ensure that your call recipients have consent.

Prohibited Use

  • What You Cannot Do — You may not: Use CETRAI for harassment, threats, or scams; Upload harmful scripts or malicious prompts; Reverse engineer our systems; Access accounts without authorization. We reserve the right to suspend accounts violating these rules.

Billing & Subscription

  • Payment Terms — Plans renew monthly unless canceled. Usage-based charges (minutes, API calls) apply. No refunds for partial billing periods. Cancellation is effective immediately.

AI Limitations

  • Service Disclaimer — CETRAI uses AI to automate conversations. We do not guarantee: 100% accuracy, Availability at all times, Compatibility with all third-party systems.

Intellectual Property

  • Ownership — All platform code, designs, features, and models belong to CETDIGIT/CETRAI. You retain ownership of your: Data, Content, Scripts, Business rules.

Termination

  • Account Suspension — We may suspend accounts for: Non-payment, Abuse, Security risks, Illegal activity.

Liability

  • Limitation of Liability — CETRAI is provided "as-is." We are not liable for: Lost revenue, Missed calls, Data loss, Decisions made by the AI. Maximum liability is limited to the amount paid in the last 12 months.

Additional terms

  • Data Processing and Privacy — Your use of CETRAI services is governed by our Privacy Policy. We process personal data in accordance with applicable data protection laws including GDPR and CCPA.
  • Compliance with Laws — You are responsible for ensuring your use of CETRAI services complies with all applicable laws, including telecommunications regulations and data protection requirements.
  • Modifications to Terms — We may modify these Terms of Service at any time. Material changes will be communicated via email or platform notification at least 30 days before taking effect.
  • Governing Law — These Terms follow the laws of Delaware, USA.
